Master Sgt. Mitchell Sojourner fielded questions during the 172d Airlift Wing Maintenance outbrief that followed a Value Stream Mapping workshop held July 16-17. Seen on the lower portion of the wall, is the current state map. The wall's upper portion is the future state map. 172d AW personnel coordinated with Boeing represented to construct recommendations for further enhancing the wing's maintenance efficiency.
