172d AW and 186th ARW make high connections over Mississippi

The 186th Air Refueling Wing’s KC-135 Stratotanker and the 172d Airlift Wings C-17 Globemaster III performed Air Refueling over central Mississippi, Aug. 3, 2013. The aircraft performed the first aerial refueling mission of the 186th Air R...efueling Wing after the return of the refueling mission to Key Field Air National Guard Base, the birth place of air refueling. The C-17 Globemaster team included Lt Col Joelee Sessions, Maj Joshua Christian, 2d Lt Nicolas Dilmore, Maj Louis Grones, CMSgt Johnny Gressett, and SSgt Jeremy Jones.
